Server Configuration Settings

Below are the server names and ports for your hosted email account.

These settings will work with POP or IMAP

Incoming Mail Server:
POP/IMAP Server: secure.emailsrvr.com
Username: Full Email Address
Password: (whatever your password is)
SSL or Secure: ON
Port: 993 for IMAP / 995 for POP

Outgoing Mail Server:
SMTP Server: smtp.emailsrvr.com
Authentication: ON
User/Password: Same as incoming
SSL or Secure: ON
Port: 587 (try 8025 if that doesn't work)

  • Outgoing servers require authentication. Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature. Follow the Setup Guides, below, to configure your account.
  • When entering your User Name, please enter your entire email address (e.g., [email protected]). Also, please use all lower-case letters.
