It's a 2 bedroom house, but one of the rooms has a desk. The second bedroom can be used as an office, workout room, etc.

Therefore I'm looking to rent to either a single person or a couple who cohabitates in the same room.

What I do cover:
Trash removal, snow removal, and water.

What is not covered:
Electricity: The electricity will have to be put in your name. Bills range from $75-$150/month
Satellite TV (optional): I have a dish and receiver installed. Basic packages start around $30/month
Internet(optional): I have cable internet setup currently. It goes for $20/month. I also have wireless installed.

It is more desirable to me to rent it furnished. Otherwise I have to store the furniture in the garage. Furnishings include: Full bedroom set, office furniture in 2nd bedroom, full entertainment system, etc. Pretty much everything you see in the photos.

7 months. I will be moving back to Jackson May 1, 2011. If you are happy living here and would want to sign a year lease at that time, then I would entertain the idea. Right now though it is more convenient for me to offer a 7 month lease.

The garage isn't large enough to park a car, but is great for storage. I will be using a portion of the garage to store a few of my things. If you use your own furniture, then the garage will be 70% full with my furniture.

There is enough room to park 2 cars in the driveway, 1 behind the other. In the summer you can park on the street, but during the winter your car has to be off the street during the evening (for plowing).
