Setting Up Auto Reply for Exchange Email

You'll always want to set the auto reply in webmail.
That way if your computer is off the auto-replies still get sent out.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to and login

2. In the upper right hand corner, you will see an icon for a Cog.
Click it one time and select 'View Outlook Settings' at the very bottom.

3. Click on 'Automatic Replies' and you should see the Auto Reply setting right away.

4. You will want to set the reply for both 'inside your organization' and 'outside your organization'

5. Don't forget to click 'Save' at the bottom when you're done.
